What Actually Matters

For more than two decades, I’ve built my career at the intersection of technology, leadership, and relationships. I started my journey with Ernst & Young LLP in technical support, learning the value of precision and responsiveness. From there, I worked with innovative companies like Xiotech, BakBone Software, Compellent Technologies, and later Dell, where I served as a Sales Engineer helping clients modernize their data centers long before “digital transformation” became the phrase of the day.

That foundation led me to SHI, one of the nation’s largest technology resellers, where I managed a team of twelve pre-sales engineers supporting complex enterprise and SLED environments nationwide. For the past nine years, I’ve been proud to serve as a Senior Account Executive at MGT Consulting, a national K-12 powerhouse trusted by school districts and state agencies to deliver technology that truly impacts education.

Throughout every chapter, one thing has never changed—what matters most is people. I believe in earning trust by doing what’s right for the customer, every time. I’ve never been pushy; I’d rather have a conversation than a pitch. My approach is straightforward, professional, and genuine—because the best results come from partnerships built on respect and clarity, not pressure.

Outside of work, I’ve been married for 28 years and am the proud father of three incredible kids—a forensic scientist, a data center technician, and a college student pursuing cybersecurity. They remind me daily that integrity, curiosity, and hard work still matter. Family and Community is what matters to me.

After decades in this field, I’ve learned that technology changes constantly—but people don’t. Success still comes down to listening, solving real problems, and helping others succeed. That’s what I’ve built my career on, and that’s what continues to drive me today.
